Jackson, Missouri is located in southeast Missouri, approximately 100 miles south of St Louis on Interstate 55. The town was incorporated in 1814, and was the first community to bear the name of President Andrew Jackson. Jackson happens to be the county seat for Cape Girardeau County. Since it’s beginning, residents have clung to a strong sense of community pride and family values.
