Chili Day 2018 | Cape Noon Optimist
Each year the Cape Noon Optimist Club puts on a fantastic Chili Day for our community. They cook and serve some delicious chili and all of the proceeds go to support the local youth programs in our area. It's a win-win for everyone!
Our very own, Danny Dohogne is a part of the Noon Optimist Club and has even served as President in the past. He will be there again this year, cooking and serving make sure to go by and see him!
Here's what you need to know:
Chili will be served on March 7th from 11am - 7pm
Adult Ticket - $8 | Child Ticket - $5
Will be serving Chili, Hot Dogs and Desserts

Danny was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, where he currently lives and is raising his family. He is happily married to his wife, Anne, and they have three kids: Dawson, Delany, and Brett. Danny grew up playing basketball and continued to do so in high school and college. He continues to be connected to the community through sports, especially when cheering for his favorite team, the St Louis Cardinals! Cape Noon Optimist Club, Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent DePaul Men's Association, and Notre Dame Booster Club are just a couple of the the boards and organizations he plays a part in. has been working with Chap Arnold for 8 years.
